After all, you expect all of us to breathe your smoke.

It's pricks like you leading the fight to ban smoking completely. You make your decisions and I'll make mine. God forbid someone smoke in a bar, it is bad for your health. But,I hear alcohol is good for you. I can understand airplanes and even restaurants. But people trying to ban smoking completely and tell me what I can and cannot do.
So long as they understand that after they succeed there is going to a whole lot of super pissed people in this world. 10% of them will probably climb a tower with a rifle and start picking off anybody who isn't having a nic-fit.
I find your car exhaust to be harm full to my health, so we will have to ban all cars, buses, trains, planes, power plants, and factories.
Nobody said you had to stand around someone that is smoking.
Why don't you start your own communist country and you can have everything your way.

I'm a smoker and not only do I go outside to smoke, but I also go far away from anyone who is around, any door that someone may come out of, and any window that might be open. When I am walking down the street and make a point to avoid others - up to and including crossing the street if need be (especially when the oncoming person is a child, elderly, or appears to be ill). However, with all this care, people don't seem to care when they fart! Someone will let one rip in my office and a simple "excuse me" is all that is expected!

I agree with bugguy. I'm not a smoker, but so many smokers make excuses for this bad habit, because they don't want to hear what the truth sounds like, so they whine about and insult non smokers.

First of jaimeswaimy is an idiot. You bring up a good point considering smoke comes out of someones body and goes into yours. We have battles going on up here with recent smoking bans and the smokers are whining constantly over an addiction they lack the discipline to overcome. An addiction they started out of stupidity. Noone makes more excuses for their inconsistencies than our inconsidedrate, litterbug smokers. Of the people who smoke 8 out of 10 wish they would have never started or wish they could quit. To have laws in place that cator to such a small fraction of our population is nonsensical. I hope your question and my answer really pisses these weak minded bastards off.

I got it I think people who don't smoke should eat and drink out side and smokers should smoke inside how about that.

Tree huggers, would you stop buying plastic and anything with styrofoam, same difference. Let other people make their own choices. Live and let live. Drinking, over-eating, over sun exposure, excessive gambling, etc.
The stuff that comes out of your tail tipe and the many thousands of diesel trucks and cars are lot worse.
