then get 360 account,
click "my page"
click "edit personal photo"
click "browse" (get ur jpeg picture)
upload & set as primary
click save
then
go to yahoo answer
click ur nickname
click "edit my info"
click the button "use 360 picture"
click preview & ok

This question keeps popping up, it is obvious the Yahoo is not giving proper instruction, plain and simple. From memory it is something to do with the 360 thing, go to it and see if there are help bits.

Upload a picture to Yahoo 360 and then choose "use my default 360 photo."
