Sure. Untill 500 years ago, it was defined as the truth that the earth was flat, and the sun turned round it. And only 60 years ago, a lunatic defined as being the truth that the Jewish were inferior. Both "truths" are now shown to be false.

if i define "white" as black, then in my system, white can't be shown to be anything but black. my system doesn't coordinate with the rest of the world, but if i immerse myself only in my worldview i can never be told i'm wrong persuasively.
