I have a 12 week old Morkie. I have been taking her outside on the leash to a specific area and she has been peeing there...I praise her. I then let her run around the yard and play and she seems to not care where she goes. I tell her NO if I catch her but she still doesn't seem to care. I do not let her run around my house she is confined to the kitchen and her crate...she does not pee in the kitchen or her crate. How do I teach her not to pee anywhere but her spot? I

Each hour ,hurry the dog to the intended toilet area in the yard.issue the appropriate instruction ("go pee!" or "go Poop!"), then give the dog 3 to 4 minutes to produce. Praise and offer a couple of training treats when successful.
Keep doing this and pretty soon she will get the idea of what she is expected to do.
If you can't keep an eye on her all the time keep her confined.

Shes a dog..whens shes got to go shes got to go!
If you really want her to use the bathroom in one spot don't let her leave the bathroom area until she does her thing and when she does praise her like crazy then let her run around the yard. Dogs are somewhat intelligent she'll get the idea

well just kepe praising her and tell her no bad dog when she pees in the house or get the spray called naturs miracal in a pet store the dog is only peeing there because she smells that spot where she pees in the house but naturs miracal if you use it than she wont smell that spot eny more and once she understands when you say no when pees in the house and good dog when pees outside and gives her a treat than she might under stand

Keep doing what you're doing. Eventually she'll pee only in the spot where you have been praising her at.

12 weeks is not old enough for the puppy to really have much control. She has made the association that outside is where she should be going, don't ask for so much all at once.

outside = good
inside = bad

you have already accomplished that! So let the poor pup pee where she pleases outside!
