you don't want one that small, and even teacup chihuahua's don't stay that small forever. I have a chihuahua and those tiny breeds of puppy's (under 4lbs) are too tiny for their own health. They're bred that tiny and because of that their organs don't develop fully and their bones are extremely fragile. They have an EXTREMELY short life-span. If you want a chihuahua, get a normal chihuahua, and ask what the size of the parents are. My lil guy is about 4.5 lbs and ADORABLE!!! Seriously, those poor little ones will die quickly and it only supports breeding in puppy mills!

Okay, first off if the chihuahua can fit in your hand, that's some serious health problems. Second there is no such thing as a Tecup Chihuahua, breeders advertise this to get people who want tiny dog's attention. "Tecups" are runts breeding with runts, they are unhealty and dont live long. A healthy Chihuhua will be around 6-8lbs

There is no such thing as a teacup. It's called a runt with a cute name so the unethical breeders can make more money of the suckers that believe them. Also, runts are usually extrememly unhealthy because they are not breeding for the good chihuahua qualitys, they are breeding only for size. There are 3,310 homeless chihuahuas on petfinder right now. http://www.petfinder.com

first off, the pup in the that picture is exactly that, a puppy. still a baby.

my friend has a chi that stopped growing at 6 months (not intentionally bred to be small) and has spent over $4000 in vet bills (in the first year of the puppys life!). if you want a tiny dog be prepared to spend the cash, not only in vet bills, but a tiny dog does not come with a tiny price tag!!!

All chihuahuas GROW, silly! LOL, but if you mean which breed stays little it's called a Teacup Chihuahua. The one in your picture is a puppy- none will stay that small. I have an American Chihuahua and she weighs 12 lbs!

T-cup will be small and adorable. My sister has one and boy is she a tiny little thing. She is black and tan and the smartest little thing there is. My sister carries her everywhere she goes shes so tiny that when she runs out in the back yard my sister gets scared when those big buzzard birds are flying around thinking that one might scoop down and try to grab her so she runs and puts her inside ;) so cute

I don't know of any really small chihuahua's, but they have started breeding them so they don't get over 2lbs. A co-worker of mine has a full grown female chihuahua and she is only about 1.5lbs total. And she is the cutest thing ever. If your considering getting a miniature sized chihuahua I would do a lot of background checking on the breeder before getting one. She happened to get lucky and adopted her from a shelter.
