It doesn't much matter since you will most likely be just wasting money with an expensive vodka since you are not in it for the vodka flavor. You will have the flavor of the mix plus the hot sauce and/or horseradish you will also have in the drink. Don't forget to add the raw celery stick as a combination stirrer and veggie munchie. So, go for the cheap brands of vodkas and most people wouldn't be able to taste the difference.I know I couldn't.

I have never been able to tell the difference in bloody marys. I think any kind of vodka will do.

Don't use anything with any character or quality--The cheapest you can find. The tomato juice will overpower the vodka so completely that the type of vodka will never matter.
For a better experience, replace the tomato juice with Clamato to make a Ceaser. You get a little tangy zip that will have you wanting more.

I love Absolut. Try Absolute Black Pepper, I think it's called. I just know it has a slightly black pepper flavor. That or Absolut Limon. Both are good. If you don't want any added flavor in your vodka, try Grey Goose. It's nice and smooth and compliments anything you add to it. Happy drinking!

Gotta agree with all those who said Absolut Pepper. It helps to give it that little extra kick. Throw in a stick of beef jerky and a dab of guiness to really make it a quality breakfast.

Depends on your budget. Something mid range is good though, go with a Smirnoff, or something similar. Don't go with anything expensive you won't be able to taste the difference anyhow. Don't go to cheap though thy give you bad hangovers.

Depends on your taste. My favorites are Sky, Kettle One (the best!), Stolichnaya and Grey Goose.
