LOL that's not what it's about at all! We don't have any more abilities than you do. We can't wiggle our nose to make our room clean, and we can't turn our ex-boyfriends into frogs. I have seen the trailer for The Covenant and it is completely fictional. No actual person can do things like that. Our magick and ritual is equivalent to the Christian and Catholic prayer. What's different about us is that we understand the natural power every human has and use it. No, we don't use it for evil either. We don't believe in harming. And don't call us positive or white witches; all real witches/Wiccans are positive.

Magick is not like some super powers like in those commercials. It is a way to train the mind and spirit. It is a way to cause change by building up energy, programming it, and releasing that energy, much like people do in prayer. No one can throw fire-balls, alter the fabric of time/space, or disintegrate or reconfigure matter instantaneously. If that were possible, the Army would have hired those people by now. Magick is much more a tool for self-improvement than gaining powers like a comic book super-heroe. Magick is about directing your willpower to change the world around you. The Laws of Karma fully apply. If bad things come to someone who lies, steals, and cheats then it's even worse for someone who uses magick for harmful ends. Power only for power's sake is dangerous. You should study the teachings of Buddha and learn about proper moral and ethics before attempting to learn magick.

It would be cool for a while then I would worry about how others are using their powers.
