Wash your feet and dry them really well. That is the most important thing in getting rid of or preventing athlete's foot.
Do this and you will have no problem.
I wear sneakers with no socks all the time. I wash and dry my feet real well, and even I don't have athlete's foot.

While powders used to treat athlete's foot have similar anti-fungal ingredients as those used to treat "feminine itch" problems, it is not appropriate to use foot powder on your vaginal area. Antifungal powders are intended for use on skin, not the mucosal tissue of the genital region. The powder itself, plus any inactive ingredients (such as anti-caking agents used to keep the powder from clumping) can be very irritating to the delicate tissue in a lady's nether regions. Use products that are intended for use in the genital area. Don't improvise when it comes to your vagina, OK?

Spray Lysol in your shoes before you go to bed. Wear clean dry sox and change them if they get sweaty while wearing. An antifungal for Athletes' foot available over the counter. Ask a pharmacista nd they'll recommend the right product. Also wear flip flops in showers to avoid reinfection,.

It might sound unusual but my Grandmother taught us to soak your foot or feet in a tub of bleach and water. It worked for my Dad and brothers.

You can spray your feet with 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water (especially between the toes) every night and let dry.

any over the counter med will work, but the underlying problem is wet feet and the mildew from inside your shoes. place tea leaves in a satchel inside your shoes to draw out the odor and bacteria.

This might sound gross....but the best home remedy is to pee on your feet in the shower. Hope this helps.
