that's ok. i've heard that it is possible to get them all the way to our belly buttons similar to a pig or dog or some other animals. i know two people that have a third nipple. one being my sister and the other a boy that is about 6 years old. when my sister was pregnant the nipple swelled and turned into a miniature breast and produced a very small amount of milk at first. but this is no great drama and is fairly common. however i don't think think it will go away. i'm not sure why it happens, but if you ask the doctor i'm sure they can give you a specific answer as to why... but it's nothing to really worry about. =] ♥♫♣

There's a lot of 'freaks' in this world both unintentional and otherwise., some people like different, some people like the 'norm' what would you do about it anyway remove it!? it's part of you, what makes you .. who you are I would tell the B/F to deal with it and stop acting strange. The bottom line is he should love you for who you are, physically, spiritually and other wise, you know the total package. Does having a third nipple change your personality..no, does it make you more unique (than you as an individual already are?) hell yes, and more power to you!
Deal with it or don't it's his call, don't get caught up on petty, shallow, reactions.

mark Walberg was born with 3 nipples too. so it happens you aren't a freak - if you are worried about it you can have it removed, but it makes you different from a lot of other people so maybe keep it... if you were really born a man than yes you should tell your boyfriend about that.

but your bf only has one brain lobe (half a brain), that's his imperfection.
I wouldn't mind a third nipple, 50% more pleasure and fun.

Me, too. Are you able to produce milk, from any of the nipples? Perhaps this would take some of the sting out of the news,for your boyfriend. (And could, potentially, be a lucrative side-job, should the local dairy be insufficient to meet the needs of the naturopaths, in your community.) Good luck!
