how do you prove that someone stole your mail, if the mail is now back in your possesion?

this mail was intentionally opened, read, then hidden so that i wouldn't find it. but i did! :)

Call the postmaster general in your area. They would be able to advise you better.

Could have been delivered to the wrong address. Opened it saw it was the wrong name. Stuck it back in the box. Happens all the time with my mail carrier. Cant really prove it was stolen when its in your possession.

i had a friend that had the same thing happen to her and she didn't get any help of the post master
so this is what she did,
she put a spy cam in her door way to see who was taking her mail and then when she seen them on cam she then reported them to her local police and they get this man who was watching her house when the mail ran.
