Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). If they are not registered with the INS, then they are here illegally.

If you believe a person is actually a threat to the United States, INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) or the Department of Homeland Security. However, if you are just wanting to harass someone based upon the way they look, where they're from, or whether they speak the same language as you, please reconsider.

Why would you want to rat someone else out? Is it any of your business...do you know they let Northern Europeans into this County Legally than ANYONE else found other counties. That is so NOt fair....if the person is working and being productive than leave them alone.
BUT if they are a DANGER to Children, others because they are committing crimes (other than being illegal) then call INS...now part of Homeland Security.

Sweetheart, most immagrants that you see are illegal. They can buy social security numbers, but they don't have driver's licenses or ID's--they just steal the numbers to that they can work.
You can call your local PD to get the number for INS, or, if you live where I do, there is an INS department at the stat PD.

are you serious the INS you never heard the joke " if you walk into any restaurant in New York and scream out Immigration you will see at least 20 - 25 Mexicans run out "
