Sometimes its good to explore the possibilities,... The other day, I decided to just put hot salsa and BBQ sauce, and they were pretty darned good!
Another time I used Melted Cheddar and a drizzle of Mayo, they were great.

Anything done in repetition gets old. I like to use ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, relish, melted cheese, sautéed onions, and tomatoes...not all at the same time though!

Have fun exploring!!!

If you like the Sabrett hot dog wagons with their red onion sauce you can buy that exact same great tasting Sabrett Red Onion Sauce in the supermarkets. It is a bit pricey though but really worth it if you dig that sauce found nowhere else. Try it. May be bit hard to find though.

I used to almost always eat my hotdog the same way. Then I went to Chicago and had a Chicago Style dog (relish, pickles, mustard, hot pepper, celery salt, lettuce, tomato, etc) and it was great.

I still tend to eat dogs the same way, but am happy to try something new.

This may sound odd, but try it.......you can buy a jar of jalepeno relish (Marzetti's, I think it is) at the market. Add it to your hot dog! Yummy-not too very hot-and is great with cold soda or lighter beer!
