be yourself, and talk to him. communication is key. dont ignore him, he might be hurt or take it the wrong way. just act natural.

Seriously, all you can do is be yourself and make sure you are around him so he can see you and get to know you. He'll either like you or he won't, or something in between. You can't really do anything to get him to like you (and besides, each guy is different and what makes him attracted to a particular girl will vary from guy to guy). It could be that this guy has noticed you and just isn't all that attracted to you...yet. Sometimes, it takes time to get to know someone and appreciate them for who and what they are. And some guys (teens especially) may be a little shy around the opposite sex.
If you go to the same school and are in some of the same classes, look for ways to share his personal space. Maybe there are some class projects that require students to partner up. You could ask him if he would be your partner for that project. Maybe if you are on the yearbook committee or school newspaper and need additional students to help, you could ask him if he would be interested in helping. If you know he is a good student, you might ask him to help you with a particular subject (even if you are really pretty good at that subject). Try to find out if you have any common interests, and then just go up and start a conversation regarding that common interest.

give hints that you like him. next play as if you like other people, and refuse to talk to him about it. it confuses him like hell. it happened to me once... now were dating and ive never felt better for what she did.
