how do you cut side swept bangs??

Question

becuase my mom wants to cut my hair instead..and..she says that if i get side swept bangs..then there gonna be like..in my face the whole time..

so how do i cut side swept bangs so they wont be in my face..

like..step by step..[if you can]

Stylist here hope this helps. Side swept bangs are very simple to cut but I want you to start longer then shorten them up, it will give your mom a little practice also.
1 Take bangs comb them straight down as if you were going to cut them straight across.
2 decide which way your going to wear them,then simply angle your hand. the sharper the angle the more they will trail down the side of your face.
3 pull them over to the side so you can decide were you want them to begin. I like to bring them to slightly lower than the eye.
4 cut the desired angle that you think you will like
5 comb them over and adjust as needed.
6 take your new side swept bangs out with some friends and let them meet new and enticing people
7 use a bit of pruduct to keep them from falling into your face.

Whaa whoo i cut my bangs all the time! but side swept bangs that you dont want in ur face at going to be really hard to find... unless you cut the really short you style them back in a way to keep them out of ur face... but here is how to cut them!

1. part your hair as you normally would
2. take out how much hair you want your bangs to be... like thickness or thinness
3. get them damp and comb them down
4. take your pointer finger and middle finger and pull the hair down with them but dont pull super hair just enough to hold them.
5. pull them to the side
NOW ONLY CUT A LITTLE OFF AT A SLIGHT ANGLE trust me you wanna cut a small amount off at a time so you dont go super short and wanna shoot urself in the foot...
ALSO PLEASE DONT FORGET THISSS!!
NEVER NEVER NEVER CUT THE BANGS IN ONE SWEEP YOU WANNA CUT UPWARDS! SO THE HAIR DOESNT LOOK BLUNT!! DONT CUT STRAIGHT ACROSS!
6. dry them see how you like them
7. if you dont like them do steps 1-6 again until you get the look you want.
PLEASE dont skip over the parts in bold....
to not cut ur bangs wrong...
say you were cutting a paper in half so ur cutting straight across that equals bad when it comes to hair.... you wanna cut it like you are trying to make fringys on the paper .... cut on a angle while cutting up into the hair and you will start loosing length soo the hair will become bangs...
and number 8! show ur friends ur bangs and have a night now with ur sweet new sex y bangs!

Dude do not let your mum cut your bangs!!! My mum cut my bangs and I had to go to a local cheapy hair cutting place after that. I had to go to school the next day with bangs almost up to my hair line. lol :) Go to a salon I beg of you!

hmmm.... if she doesn't know how to do it, maybe you shouldn't have bangs. They will be in your face most of the time, too (i say as i sweep them out of my eyes...)
