I've seen many a woman get angry at many a poor man because said man was openly staring at her body. BUT.. the woman was wearing very tight and/or very revealing clothing.
You can't display the goods without expecting people to window browse! :)
So at what point can women justifiably get angry at leering men? Or does it almost completely have to do with how attractive the man is? (personally, when I find a woman checking me out.. I'm all for it, even if she's uglier than an inbred bulldog).

Ah, that is one aspect I forgot about. When someone stares for more than like 30 seconds, even if the chick is next to naked, they do come off like a sex-starved pervert.

I believe it is more the way they stare I have had guys stare at me and make me feel very atractive and then I have had some make me feel like I was a piece of meat then there are the ones that make you feel scared of them I believe it depends on the way they are staring at you.

When men stare at me I will give a polite smile and continue what i am doing but if I notice that they won't quit I start to get uncomfortable. It's the same as the same sex staring, you think "Take a fu*king picture it last longer" Staring for an obviously long period of time is creepy.

If they are wearing revealing clothing, there is no point at which they can justify getting angry- they give up that right when they dress provacatively.
Bottom line, if they don't like to be stared at, they shouldn't dress that way.

If the woman is wearing something very sexy then by all means stare. If she's wearing "normal" clothes and the guy is just staring like a hungry dog... then she has the right to say something.

When it goes on too long. Theres admiring and then there's creepy. A 30 sec up and down or a brief turn around-fine. A all day stare fest when your shopping or eating and you think "is this guy gonna follow me home?"

I have no problem with a man staring at me but sometimes its the length of time you spending looking. 2 minutes or more is tooooooo long. You don't look that long when you actually window browsing.

well yeah most women are petty and they don't want someone unless they are hot you can tell she is only into appearnce by how she dresses!
Some of them like to look that way so they get looks some dresss that way to out do there friend you know we all want to be the hottest chick! *eyes are rolling *
and some do it for attention for many people to look and not stare...
Sad... glad i'm not that 85% lol

She can get angry after see has asked you not to look. I don't know why some women display the good though if they are not wanting people to notice them.

lolloved the inbred bulldog comment that was funny...but anyways i think whena man has gone to far with the staring is when hes trying to look up ur shirt or when hes followed you all through the store staring at you nd hasnt came up too you ank what is your name rather than that hell go for it....me i dont care follow me and in the store and stare at me i dont care...lol

Staring and Leering are two totally different thing.
And, she has the right to get angry as soon as it makes her uncomfortable.
