I'm sorry. Mexicans hold Mexicans down, and it comes from colonial times where there was el capataz(Mexican supervisor) and the laborers. El Capataz wanted to be seen as a great leader by el hacendado and that led to that feeling and social-cultural path. Now it is up to the Mexican individual who wants to get a head and look for opportunities to succeed. Remember is not about race it is about attitude.
