Can't find this term in any of my books... does anyone know how to say it?

Thank you all for the help -- I e-mailed Donald J. Harlow and he wrote back to tell me that the Benson "Comprehensive English-Esperanto Dictionary" says the word is "farunmiksajxo". I also got an answer from a language tutor on lernu!.net saying she'd say "pasto" (dough or paste). THANKS AGAIN ALL!

"Kuko bati" is my best guess, but that also means 'cake beat.' Can't find the word for 'batter' in Esperanto.

Sorry.
