Why is America meddling in everybody's affairs everywhere across the seven seas and the seven skies. The demands of whom they call terrorists which is a recent phenomenon donot seem to be outrageous. They are asking for the end of exploitation and domination.They are speaking out against America's policies and macheavelli machinations.Would it not be ok for America that it remain within its borders like any other country. How underminging of sovereignty and dignity of nations achieve global peace. Now increasingly apart from the muslims people of the world has begun to smell evangelical fundamentalism a crusade in Ameericas goondaism. Shall we lap up all what America want the browns and black to believe?

I am not very interested on the USA government but the people. The American people time to time took an important role to change the world, somewhat I feel Americans use their democratic rights effectively.

What is this America that you have called a global goon. If you look real close you will probably find that it includes your cousins, an aunt or two, maybe an uncle and a lot of your former neighbors.

If these people, Your relatives, are working and spending their hard-earned money to support a military venture to help you to get out from under the yoke of some dictator, they are doing it because they want you to become a free person. Unless, of course, you enjoy being someone's slave.

One of the main reasons that America "sticks it's nose in other people's business" is because somebody's Boss is fooling around with dangerous weapons and we would rather interferre beforehand than wait until after that Boss has hurt our people. We don't go around banging on hornets' nests just for the hell of it.

Read your history. If America had remained quiet and stayed at home during WW II, much of Europe would be goose-stepping and a lot of Asia would be a Japanese rice-field. Think about that when you wonder what America is doing.

Well on one hand that would be a great idea, then on the other hand when those other countries kill themselves and we don't do anything, then we are told by the same people that we should do something. They want our money, so if you get our money then we get some say in what you do with it.

If you will look back I don't recall the US killing 3000 people who were doing nothing but going to work on a sunny tuesday morning.

All I know is that it is terribly expensive for a country financially crippled by WW2 and the Cold War to continue on this track. I will argue, however, that certain types of missions, such as spearheading anti-genocide missions like Bosnia is a very good use for the military.

We also have to consider Iran's threat. Is it like unto WW2 in the Middle east? Or is it more benign like India's fear of China? I don't really have that answer.
