Can a homeless man be put on house arrest?

Really dumb question! Have you ever been unfortunate enough to be homeless? If not, DON'T JUDGE THEM. If there had been such a thing, then my cousin might still be alive. She liked to go to jail because at least she was safe there! Unless you've walked in their shoes, keep your stupid jokes to yourself! Some of actually give a crap about homeless people!

well, if he has a shelter he goes to collect food, i guess he can be put under house arrest there.......lol...just teasing ya.....a homeless will not be put under hse arrest as he has no official premise. he will be put in jail or a shelter.

Yes - they will assign him to some sort of group home or as they do here in providence they make them a ward of the salvation army

lmao, yes. they can assign you to a shelter and you have to stay there, and if a judge does this.......you will most likely become a volunteer for that shelter and be also assigned to a work program so you will later be eligible for temporary housing
