How do install acr adobe on my computer?

I have some important documents that was emailed to me and that i would like to look up, but i have to do so by using acr abobe 7.0, but i can't seem to pull it up. I know for a fact that it was downloaded on my computer once before under another email address, but now i can't pull it up using my email address.

Go to www.download.com its a CNET site so its legit. Search for adobe acrobat readers. Its free download.
