my hair is about waste length and i have layers and sway bangs...and i dont know if i should cut it. should i? and i dont have split ends so it doesnt look ratty on the bottom.

I had long hair for a while and I found that I really like it much shorter now. I was ready for a change. But make sure you think about it first. You could always try cutting it a little at a time to see if you like it, if you go too drastic you may be unhappy with the result

I think that you should cut maybe about a couple inches because your hair is really long but it is your choice and im just saying cut a little off it will grow back and stuff so my advice is to cut of a little but u dont have to do it its just my opinion.Good Luck!

You could shock the world if you got it cut about chin length.
lol.
Take a picture of youreself and use a digital photo-editor and walmart or CVS to cut it off in the pic-- see what it looks like and then go along on your merry way.

Well, in my opinion hair that longs tends to well, not look nice. I would say you should cut it. My hair is getting long, and im getting very bored with it, there is just nothing you can do with it. Which is another reason why you should cut it! Well, good luck on making your decision! =]

I think that you should cut it but not too much and plus hair grows back really fast so you have nothing to worry about. probably get about 3-4 inches off and your hair will look great!

I think that it would be much easier to cut it, but it is up to you. If you like it long, keep it that way. If it looks good keep it that way. it will take a while to get it back so make sure you have thought about your decidion before you go to the hairdresser and get it done.

If you want to cut your hair then fell free to do it! But donate to 'Lock's of Love' most hair stylist will do it for you, or you can sent it yourself! They will put your hair to good use, there are tons of young girl's that would love to have a human wig!

How old are you? If it is aging you--not in a good way!--then cut it. Otherwise, I had hair like that in my youth, and it was quite a guy-attractor!

men do NOT like short hair on women so if you cut it, just don't cut it above shoulder length.
