If I no longer see a certain person in personal ca he still get mail?

A man in particular was in personal and I do not see him now . Can he still recieve mail and how do I know if he does.

Go ahead and send it. He may have taken off the listing, but it's doubtful he deleted his email address.
If the box has been closed, it will come back to you with an "Unable to deliver" message. If you don't see one, he got it, even if he doesn't respond to you.
