Look in the classifieds in your local paper...you could probably get one that is pretty new for around $100.

Look for dent and scratch sales at places like Sears and BrandsMart. I just recently purchased a $1600 fridge from Sears for $750 because it had a small (miniscule!) dent in the side--and it's on the side that faces the wall, so you'll never see it!

Also, people return brand new fridges to Sears all the time because they realize that they either don't like the color, the size is too small, or it doesn't fit in their kitchen. Sears knocks a big chunk of the price off of these, too, because they are returns.

I got a great deal a Brandsmart it beat Lowes/Home depot. But, a friend informed me of Lowes appliance deal. Go online or to your local Lowes an order your appliance and have it delivered and for the next 30 days search the other appliance stores and if you find a lower price. You take your receipt to Lowes and the ad with the lower price and they will refund the difference plus ten percent. She said on every appliance she had purchased she received a refund.

Do your research, determine what you need and want in your appliance, features and size. Then go on line and see what the best price you can get it for. If you want to get it locally, take the price and information to any major appliance dealer and get them to match the price.

Be very careful of us sales people! We are taught all the tricks to make you want more! That's no joke!

If you have an 'ABC' store, they carry all brands and you
can always get a lower price, than the tag states.

They are negotiable.

good luck
