Do you really think that there is anyone that is coming up for election that will do anythingto get our illegal immagration problem under control? Remember who it is that gets elected to office,(regarudless of party) both sides want to give amnesty,and will do nothing to control our borders. The elections are coming up, start speaking up, and actually do something now, or shut up.

I don't think it matters. It's not the immigrants that come here and take our minimum-wage paying jobs we need to worry about. It's all of the GOOD paying jobs that are being out-sourced to other countries. Pretty soon it won't matter that these companies are saving money on production because the American consumer won't be able to afford to buy anything!

Yes, all the silly populsist will rave and rant before the elections.
The fact is... you have no way but to give documents to everyone. You need to know who are these illegals, what they are doing and make sure they pay taxes. Since deportation is absolutely impossible for 12mln people, documantation for all is the best way.
Documents don't mean citizenship. Residence for everyone who's been here over 5 years and has been working hard.
