I would bet that the problem is in your diet.

You are probably eating too much sugar and refined starch, and not enough protein.

Some suggestions:
1. Stop eating foods which contain corn syrup. Check the ingredients.

2. Cut down on sugary treats, like dessert. Do not drink any non-diet soda.

3. Eat some lean protein with every meal. EX: eggs, lean chicken, fish

4. Eat breakfast every day. This is so important!!!

5. Exercise regularly.

You may be amazed at the results.

Believe it or not....

Walking will greatly increase your stamina

I used to weigh train and did alot of Tread mill walking and I had more energy than
Now I haven't trained for about 6 mo. and am tired all the time..

Get yourself a tread mill or go to the body shoppe and just walk
The results are amazing..!

Be sure to make healthy food choices, drink at least 64 ounces of water a day, and get some exercise in! If you drink a lot of caffienated beverages, try to lay off them. They'll give you a boost at first, but you'll "come down" and crash quickly from them.

Try doing 30 mins of cardio every day. This will give you an energy boost!

Make sure you eat a balanced diet. Get plenty of exercise and That you get plenty of rest
