By giving me a brain with which to think and reason. To be raised by 2 God fearing parents who loved me (not perfectly), but who loved me. By giving me 2 wonderful sons, 5 wonderful stepchildren, and almost 2 dozen grandchildren. By giving me a wonderful husband with whom I've had over 20 years. By healing my husband time after time from heart disease and cancer. By giving me a home to live in, enough food to eat, the means to pay my bills, sunshine, trees, flowers, rain, snow, etc. ..... He lifts me up when I am down. He gives me the strength I need to persevere through the trials of life. Wonderful neighbors! My precious kitties and dog. The list could go on and on.
I'm sorry that you don't feel that you have been blessed. Even our trials are blessings. Through them we get stronger. When we are at our weakest God is there to sustain us. I pray that you will see that God has blessed you.

Hello.
First of all he wakes you up in the morning. Your alarm clock didn't. If you honestly believe that your alarm clock woke you up then take a couple to a cemetery and let them sound off and see how many people resurrect. He gives you life. He allows wonderful people to come into your life. He blesses you with a family, if not a biological family, then a spiritual one. And when you are down in the dumps he comforts you, or he might send you a friend to cheer you up. It is just so much that the Lord does for you, to show you that He loves you. God loved you before you were born. You know how? Because He gave His Son to die for you. Know how many people do you know that love you unconditionally, and are willing to die for you? He loves you past your faults and pain. And remember, God will always love you. No matter how big your sin is. He will love you, but hate the sin that you do.

There are so many ways, I'll try to limit my answer. Every morning I wake up and walk outside, I am reminded of the beautiful free gifts God has given me....the beautiful trees on my property, the birds that sing to me each morning, the butterflies flying around the beautiful wildflowers, the incredible streaks of sunlight dancing across the sky. Then I see my children, my mother, my sister, my neices and my grandchildren and I, again, am reminded how much God loves me. When I am overwhelmed with life's struggles and feel lonely, all I have to do is get quiet with God and allow Him to comfort me. Again, I am reminded how much He loves me because of the overwhelming feeling of peace and joy that floods my soul! I am remined how much God loves me each time I think of His only son dying for me, of how many times He forgives me when I do wrong, how much He loves me and accepts me into His family and His arms, just the way I am!

Lots of ways. Actually too many to mention so I will give you just a few examples.
God supplied me with a wonderful Husband who loves me, is faithful and trustworthy and is a great Father to our children. 17 years of marriage. He gave me 2 beautiful children to raise and teach and love. He gave my husband a great job which enables me to be a stay at home mom, and volunteer at my kids school, etc.. and that job affords us a roof over our heads, food and clothing and everything that we could possibly need and MORE. God wants us to be happy. Faith is what gets us through each day, even as bad as it can be sometimes, God is always there, ALWAYS.

By action and by truth.
John3:16
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[f] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.[g] 19This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."[h]

By sending his only begotten Son to earth to sacrifice his blood for my salvation.
In other words, God shows his love for me by dying for me.
There is no greater love than this.
