take a chance and ask her out....tell her ur feelings......even if she knows already........besides the worst she can say is no and if u dont' ask ur gonna be wondering what she would have said if u did......

Keep it at the talking level wait unti she gives signs or shows that she is ready to move foward, like engage in sex or whatever. Or if she is the type of girl who likes boys to make a move firts still give her time b4 u move foward.

evaluate how long you've known this girl. if long enough...3 months or so.. ask her how she feels about you and the relationship and then base your move from there. if she loves you... then make it an official relationship, if anything other than that.... reevaluate what you want out of the relationship. can you handle just being friends or someone she's not dating seriously?

do you know if she has a boyfriend or even have a crush on someone else. find out before you make a move and get your heart broken, or even embarrased, or even lose her friendship. well if she's free, be nice to her and do nice things for, she will notice, just be obvious but not straight-foward.

just take things slowly, i know this cuz i am in the same situation. make sure you both feel the same way about each other before moving forward. she may not be comfortable at this point

maybe ask her to go somewhere with you and a couple of your friends and she can bring a couple of her friends. you'll get to spend time together but it won't be akward. if she says yes then spend most of your time with her while your there. but don't do anything to drastic while your there you don't want her to feel uncomfortable infront of her friends.
