Well you need to start exercising, you can join an aerobic's class at your local gym or you can buy Insanity or P90x and workout at home Anyways, how much do you weight and how many calories are you eating per day? You need to start doing cardio and core work to burn off the fat and eat healthy to keep it off and maintain your body, you need to workout 1 hour/ 6 days a week and rest for the 7th day, this is one of the meal plans in my P90x guide (there are lots to keep you healthy) Breakfast: mushroom omelet, some strawberries, 1 cup orange juice Snack: 2 fruits (1 apple, 1 banana) Lunch: salad Snack: some nuts Dinner: salmon, brown rice, red pepper soup Remember you don't have to follow it, you can mix and match Portion: 5 proteins 2 dairy 2 fruits 3 vegetables 1 fat 1 carbs 2 snacks You can mix and match, you can have any fruit, any dairy product but just follow the amount and don't eat no sugar or chocolate, no soda, only orange juice or water

Think about this: if diet pills, ANY DIET PILL, worked, there would be absolutely NO FAT PEOPLE in this world!!! None of them work. They hype up your energy with caffeine, they are expensive and they make money for the manufacturers. Losing weight takes some sacrifice. The good news is that even small changes will affect your weight. Get some good nutritional advice to start new habits, like portion control. Walking at different rates of speed will burn as much body fat as jogging. Start at 15 min. a day, then up it to 30! You don't need to go overboard and when you do it yourself, you have a good dose of self-esteem to boot! Look up the "Exchange Diet"; it's good and healthy. Moderation in all things, honey! Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
I tried many diet pills/shakes/bars with no or little results.
Than I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Diet pills DO NOT WORK if you want to drop weight drink diet soda or ice tea exercise is the best option and you should go search for a BMI Calculator (Body Mass Index) and see if you should even loose 15 LBS.

Sorry, there are no quick fixes for weight loss.
Don't you think that if you could lose weight by taking a pill, it would be all over the news? We certainly wouldn't have an obesity epidemic in this country.

Keep your fork out of your mouth...put blindfolders on when you pass the icecream dairy queen. hehehe
Just eat right..breakfast very important..hearty one..the rest of the day..fruits and veggies and walk alot...its all up to you and also consult your doc to make sure u doing the right thing..and enjoy life...

None, they are all dangerous and you should just be strong and loose weight the right way. Eat healthy and exercise.
If you do want one, you should call your doctor and make sure you are healthy enough to use them.
