Yes just get a high lighting kit that is super blonde and high light away have someone help you to make sure you get all.And it depends on what shade of pink.

what you can try doing because pink will wash out easily.....by a Clarifying Shampoo and wash and wash a lot of times over and over and it should come out and leave your hair blonde. that is if you had to lighten it before making it pink.
