Yes, absolutely. The more knowledge you get, the more you know you don't know. THe less knowledge you have, the more you think you know. That's why prophets pray so hard, you would assume they had to pray less. The more you know of something, the more you are humbled. Imagine how humbled you will be when you met God, you will be more humbled then you have ever been in your life. Increased knowlegde teaches us the truth,
which is we know nothing.

it's so true... but it's in a Great, Positive way...!! before, i used to think i knew all, i knew how the world works, etc etc. but when i truly understood what exactly it was that i was believing (ie christianity), my eyes have Opened. we have a WORLD of opportunity at our fingertips..and we can always search, seek, what is Good, Positive, Healthy and Happy in our lives....there is no end to it! NOW i understand what bible study is about. NOW i want to do MORE things in life, not less. it is truly an amazing, joyful experience to open my eyes. :)
i learned this thru Romans 5-8.... thru Jesus we are Justified--> not guilty. of all sins, past, present and future! so now we can let go of the hurt, anger, despair, punishment...and continue moving Forward, learning, growing, becoming better each day. there is no end to seeking what is good in this life! :) do it w/ joy, w/ thankfulness, with happiness, and no matter what negatives come up in life, you will be able to get thru it because u already know that u are strong enough, open minded enough, positive enough~ im happy for you!

Ah, the simple question with no simple answer. It infuriates my husband. He questions the existence of a creator, His mother tells him he just must believe. I ask him to be more specific with his question and then we can search for the answer, which I know will lead to more questions, more seeking, more learning. We've been blessed with a desire to ask and the ability to learn, that gives us the responsibility to share the knowledge. there are not always simple answers and experience will change the way we interpret the messages we find. Someday we may ultimately find we knew the answer all along it has always been with us, perhaps the answer is just what you used to sign your post "Peace and Love".

Why do you want to be closer to your Creator ? What do you want to seek ? What's the goal of your life ? To get closer to your Creator ? That's not good. Don't care about it. Find something else is more interesting to you. You're living your own life

The closer you come to the creator, in all cases I'm referring to Yahweh creator of all things great and small, the more you will be like him. The closer you are to the father the more you accept and understand his code to life and therfore follow his moral guidelines through faith. In no case would you know less about him the closer you get to him, however I feel that the world and it's influences diminish the more I study and come into accordance with his moral guidelines (commandments). In fact is closing I can safely say that the closer you come to him the more he will reveal of himself.

Be open to Him, pray for answers you seek, day after day seek what you want to know with sincerity, one on one, just you and Him, being true, and truthful with yourself and Him is a key in it's self to get an answer, be patient.... trust Him and have a compassionate heart when seeking your answer while praying.

No, I believe the closer I get to HIM the more HE allows me to know HIM. I don't question what HE allows me to feel, think, or know. HE is the answer to all and has given me the humbleness to accept HIS wisdom as the answer to my reason for living.......
