Do u agree that there is no need to choose a name for babies...?

It might make them "outcasts" societal wise. Names are very important. Look at kids with unusual names...they usually stand out in the crowd and that might be hard on them, especially if they are shy. Why make it more difficult for children than what they already have to deal with? Anyway, you always have the option to change your name or take a nick name or whatever so in the end, you choose your name yourself.

Ooh, good idea. And we can also stamp the number on their forehead so we don't have to go through the trouble of remembering their number. Or we could implant chips in people and a sensor in their retinas so we don't even have to be close enough to read the number. So many ways we could improve on this system.

no i dont agree, if a child doesnt like there name there is always a way to change it. any child called by a name is scarred for life. i would have hated my parents if they called me 0 anyways even if u used a number it would still be a name so u dont have a point im sry

Sounds like a good idea, oh but wait we already give them numbers. But that would put them at risk for identity theft, so I guess that won't work. But I've heard of some children already suffering from that so why not, lets go ahead and put them all at risk.

LOL that'd be a really good thing I think because look at the amount of kids that change their names when they turn 18 or 21 and the ones that end up with nicknames....

If you are being serious im sorry, I really hope your not. A baby would get attatched to this number and by the time they get into school it would be a little wierd wouldn't it?

Referring to them as numbers is a very stupid idea. Names are better

Do you want to to call your child #12345 until they grow up. I kinda prefer John or Paul or any other name wich doesn't make them feel like a credit card. I bet you don't like your name...You can have it changed you know.
