47 and very happy about it because it was the beginning of the rest of my life, eternity. What helped me to get there? A personal study of the bible, one on one with others, many questions and a multitude of research tossed in with a lot of holy spirit.

My grandparents on both sides were religion addicts (3/4 were anyways), so my parents were married in a church and had all of their children baptized as infants. Frankly, it rather upsets me that they bent to the will of their parents, but the action hurt no one, and made my grandparents happy. A sacrifice I accept.

I was sprinkled at 10, poured at 24, immersed at 42, and immersed again at 61 (or so.)

Took me awhile to get it right.
