How to Lose Fat Around the Face (Under the Chin, Around Cheeks
As much as we would love to "spot reduce" our less desirable areas, it is not possible without going under the knife. Diet and exercise are the keys to weight loss. You will lose body fat where there is body fat, the rest of the body will become toned and fit.
Steps
Begin an exercise program. Whether you decide to walk, run, or join the gym, do something active that gets your heart rate going for 45-60 minutes a day 4-5 days a week.

You want to condition your muscles to keep them toned and strong. Plus, building muscle also increases your metabolism, so you burn more calories naturally.
Continue to exercise, but don't forget to eat a well-balanced diet as well. No deprivation required--really! Just make sure you are not overeating anything. Include protein from lean meats, carbs from whole grain foods, veggies and fruit, lean dairy, and water. As for sweets, if you eat a well balanced meal and eat until you feel satisfied, it's likely that you will feel OK passing on that dessert, however if it is a must have then your options are to a.) share it with friends, b.)go for the least of all evils. Fat free chocolate pudding, ice pops, a few chocolate kisses, etc.
Include this facial exercise in your routine: Tilt your head back, mouth the vowels AEIOU in an exaggerated manner then pretend to kiss the ceiling.
Tips
Consult a doctor to make sure you have no health problems contributing to weight gain or loss in certain areas. Also, have your thyroids checked.
Wear walking/running or the appropriate exercise shoes to avoid injuries to your knees and hips.
Wear comfortable clothing
Don't forget your water bottle!!
Warnings
If you experience pain or dizziness while exercising, stop, sit and get assistance.
Remember - Targeted weight loss is a myth. As you begin to loose weight it will naturally come off of your bodys fat reserves. These areas typically include the face, butt and torso

exercise. There are facial exercises that you can do that work in less than a week Isometrics they were once called look it up on the web or find an exercise book they are very easy to do. tuck chin down for count of 8 seconds and then up for same count repeat 10 to 20 times

Lose weight!! The double chin (and triple chin) are mde up entirely by fat. Lose 15 lbs for each chin and you'll be rid of it.

Your tiple chin is a build up of fat. It has ben proven that Cardiovascular exercise in conjunction with a healthy diet will make you lose fat.

diet and excersize. eat more veggietables and fruits. cut back on pop or energy drinks, get an excersize bike and try to ride it 4 or 5 times a week. also get mostly lowfat or diet products, basically just cut as many bad calories out of your day as possible.
