I don't get some of these women who trust their man to go to the club or go on a vacation with their guy friends alone! I have been lied to and cheated on soooo many times I find it hard to trust ANY guy now. I know some of you probably think I'm a ***** but I have plenty of reason not to trust anyone. I am a very jealous person and to be honest I feel like it consumes most of my life. I just want to know how you girls do it?! How can I overcome such a powerful feeling?!

This issue also goes both ways...he expects me to trust him but yet he would never let me go out to the bar/club with female friends. So, this only makes matters worse

Just focus on loving yourself more and you will have less time to focus on others.
I understand your reasons for a lack of trust you have very valid reasons to feel that way but I suggest you find other avenues to channel your energy in a positive way.
If you do get involve, make sure you allow the person some free time to themselves to hang with friends and don't crowd them because that can be a turn off and if he cheats, always feel you can do better and will eventually find someone who will love you and treat you with respect and don't never feel your the blame or not good enough their just not good enough for you and don't let the negative events consume you by always feeling you deserve better.

Why bother being jealous? Trust is something that has to be earned and at the moment, I have no reason not to trust my bf. Yes, he goes out to clubs and hangs out with his male friends--so what? I do the same too but with my female friends. He could just as easily not trust me. So get over your mistrust of men.

I feel the same way. Like when my boyfriend tells me that he's going to be out with some friends for an hour or 2 and hes gone all night, i get jealous/worried
Part of what helps me is really him, I know that he's much less likely to cheat than most people - i still get paranoid but i can tell myself it's him, and it helps
We're also very open, he's the same way I am pretty paranoid and jealous.. talking about what we're out doing and what happened really helps, makes it feel like there's nothing being hidden. He even tells me about when people hit on him, I don't like to hear about it, but it helps me trust him.
Ask your man to be open until you can trust more

Just put into your head if he messes up then he wasn't worth your time. there will always be someone better than the last guy u were with. With an attitude like this, u will make yourself feel better, not to mention drive him crazy with this new found confidence!!!!

you just have to make your self do it. You are not really hurting him by being jealous, you are only hurting yourself by worrying about it and thinking about it all the time.. find the right guy, and it will never be an issue...

You cant truly trust anyone not even yourself. You just have to gain confidence about yourself and eventually you will learn that people do cheat but you have to forgive sometimes.

Never trust anyone.... especially a man. If a special person walks into your life, you will recognize it without any doubt. If you ever have doubt, any at all.... don't trust.

A man is a man & could never be trusted ! TEST HIM ! This what one of my Xes did ,at the begging of our relation. She send to my office a VERY GORGOUS GIRL (which was a good gf of her, but i didn't know that) and started to flirt with me, then asked me out & that she is free & had no boyfriend. I answered NO THANKS because i have a girfriend that i love. Thanks God, i loved my gf at that time & i was able to say NO to that gorgeous girl ! My girfriend came home & kissed me & told me that she did send that girl to test my FIDELITY TO HER ! Put ur man to this test girlsssssss !!!
