I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

You should really stay away from pills and always read the fine print - exercising is always suggested ALONG WITH taking the product. Surprise, surprise!
The real secret is simply to consume less calories than you expend. How you accomplish this is up to you - eat less or exercise more.
For me, I needed a little "extra help" so an RN/friend recommended “THINS” to curb my appetite. Of course, there aren’t any stimulants and I lost about 5 pounds each week by snacking on the chocolate wafers several times a day. You can order them direct from www.PreventionProof.com
If you're not into "advertising hype", you'll be impressed with how credible the research is and that you're not hearing a bunch of lame testimonials or some doctor’s endorsement who is also "on the payroll".
By the way, if you e-mail Support@PreventionProof.com, they'll send you a nice information sheet.
PS: Another secret is to go to bed hungry

Ok well your probably the 1000000th person I've told this lol but you need to cut back on your caloric intake first. Second, you need to find yourself a exercise routine thats best for you. Thrid, you need to include carido in your exercise routine everyday. Do not listen to the people that say its bad to do cardio everyday. ITS NOT BAD. Only stop when you become sore the next day and then take a day off. Fourth, you need to start taking in supplements like protein. Protein will help you lose weight by gaining muscle. The more muscle that you produce the more calories that you will be burning everyday. For more info, visit this website.

Lower your carbs: make sure you try to limit your card intake as much as possible and try not to consume any carbs late in the day.
Eat frequently: 5 small meals a day as opposed to 3 big meals
Watch calories: try to eat fruits and veggies
Drink water: it helps you lose weight
Exercise: Just do something active on a regular basis. I'd say 3 times a week is a good start.
That should get you started.

Okay, diets alone won't cut it. If anything, most diets are counter-productive because you feel like you're depriving yourself.
Exercise: Walking is easy, and only costs a pair of shoes. And there are a number of other excellent exercise programs out there.
For food, there are a few things I recommend, things that worked for me.
Don't bring junk food in the house. If it's there, you'll eat it. Chocolate is my biggest weakness.
Don't eat fried foods: Those are loaded with calories.
Don't eat seconds either.
Keep lots of fruits and vegetables around to snack on.
Drink lots of water: That will fill you up and keep you hydrated.
I don't recommend pills: I know a couple of people who tried some of those diet aids and ended up getting extremely sick. They may never be all the way well again. However, a good multi vitamin might be beneficial in case there is some nutrient you're running short on.
Otherwise, eat what you like!
Good luck!

Most of the time you lose weight quickly, then slow down. You can't expect to keep losing at the rate you were, it just doesn't work like that. It's going to be a gradual thing. The good part? You WILL lose it eventually. Don't starve yourself because you'll just wind up gaining weight.

Well first off you will need to go on a diet. Cut out every junkfoods you have and if you get hungry in the afternoon try drinking water to make yourself full. Next try sleeping early, because you will need to wake up early in the morning to jog for 1 hour, minimum of 30 minutes(DO NOT eat anything except for a banana and a glass of water before you run in the morning). After that try running 3 more times in the afternoon (1hour or 30 minutes each jog) Try not to stop while you r jogging, at at the same pace. Do different types of abominal exercises(crunches, situps, reverse leg crunch, side crunch, captain's chair etc.)Choose 3 exercises for your abs, and do 2 sets of 35 reps or more for each exercise every hour, if you can. stretch out your abs before and after you work them out. One last tip, DO NOT EAT PAST SIX O'CLOCK.Do this 6 days a week

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be
