should they all be repatriated to their country of origin since the childs a minor & should remain w/them. allowing them to return only when they have gone thru proper INS procedures? allowing the child back in when theyre of age to return legally on their own. since their parents have already commited fraud how do we treat them in respect to their application for citizenship now? allow it, or outright deny it?

think we should deport us citizens who knowingly hire illegals and strip them of theirs (citizenship) and make them go thru INS to regain it. it would def cut down if not eliminate or hey! lets elimidate them. fox new reality show. 2 US citizens date 4 illegals. then we throw in one INS agent into the mix. the one who marries gets their citizenship the ones who dont are arrested and deported on the spot! (unless they get pregnant sneak back over and have their babies here) its as good as any other reality show :o)

as for sending them back adn some ppl get upset abou tit. we make our US kids of US parents go anywhere in the world with them. so, it isnt so bad to send a child back with their parents to live in their country. once the child is of age, they are more than welcome back. same as any US child living abroad wiht their parents. as soon as they turn 18 they can do as they please.

this loophole in the system is driving women over the border illegally.... they know what they are doing.... it should be a law that parents need to here legally (not necessarily citizens, but legal) before their kids can be citizens....
but when the parents are deported, so should the kids.... when the kids are 18, they can come back and if they want.... but until they can leave the nest they stay w/ their parents when the parent is deported.... the country should not have to have the burden of supporting something their parents did illegally...

Until they change the idiotic and outmoded anchor baby law, young children of illegal aliens should stay with their parents, e.g. go with the parents when they are deported ... since the children are technically American citizens they are allowed to stay in the U.S., but is it really better for the child to be separated from their parents and be placed in a foster home or farmed out to relatives? This ridiculous anchor baby law makes no sense whatsoever ...

First we have to look at when the parents came here. In 1986 our Congress enacted the Immigration Act that allowed for those in the country to come forward and be exonerated. Over a million people came forward. So, that would be the first thing I would ask, because if they fall into that category, they are legally here now. If they came after, that is another story.

its not good for anyone. the child should go with their parent back to their country of origin. people who have their babies in the US simply as way to stay here are abusing the laws. technically the child is a citizen so they can come back when they want to but without their criminal parent.

The 'anchor baby' loophole has been so widely abused, it's almost a joke, and it's also helped close down US hospitals that are supposed to be giving care to US citizens. I say ship em all home, once the baby's say 1 month old, bye everybody! Thanks for visiting! Sorry, no citizenship for failing to use birth control!

Now, we should build really large orphanages, send the parents back, and put all of the kids in the orphanages. Also, poor people's kids.

ILLEGAL PARENTS==ILLEGAL CHILDREN

DEPORT THEM ALL
Why reward any of them for not using birth control and trying to scam USA?
Parents and children should all be deported!
Not OUR fault they chose to have kids in this manner,why should it be our problem when they get sent back?
They did it to themselves.
