I believe we are to live as we are called and that we all have different paths or duties.

I agree about the peace part and believing in God , but Catholics are being led by false doctrine . (Manual of Christian Doctrine pg.444) Catholics believe it is okay to lie to further "their" religion . The Word of God says : Exodus 20:16 , Colossians 3:9 . That is going against Scripture . Matthew 23:9 . They call their priest father . Why can't the Catholic Church see their incorrect ways ? You can't lie if the Bible says not to . That is changing what the Scriptures says , in Revelation 22:18-19 it says not to change anything . May God help all those lost souls find the true path to righteousness . God bless you and peace to you .....

Peace Peace Peace. Never stop praying for peace. Too many people in the world are focused on war. Peacemakers kill to stop the war. Presidents are helping nations to stop wars and in the interim killing inncent people. Nations killing in the name of war. There is too much of destruction in the world for us Catholics or Christians to stop praying for peace. The Beatitudes say Blessed are those....The ten commandments say Thou shalt not...The war mongers will answer on judgement day,and those who support them too. Keep praying for peace. The Rosary is also a comfort when praying for all the innocent victims. I do.

All Christians are supposed to be peaceable. The catholic religion that raised me taught me to turn the other cheek, to love my neighbor as I myself, to open your heart and embrace everyone on this earth.

The Catholic CHurch that I no longer attend seems more interested in political movements than anything else. BUt Christianity teaches unconditional love and peace, not war.

Depends on what kind of a spirit the Lord has given you. Is it a spirit of peace? Or a fighting spirit, like David?
My real name means "brave fighter" and I've always thought that I've had that kind of a spirit. I know the Lord doesn't need my help, but sometimes I do wish He would make me Sheriff.
Just being honest....

To focus on Peace is NEVER a bad thing, but neither is being a pacifist.

While we must strive to peace in the world and in our own lives, it is important to remember that we should not fail to protect ourselves when needed.

We are called to be Peaceful, that does not mean we won't defend ourselves though.

Peace, and praying even for our enemy's.

I think that the example Jesus gave was one of Peace, he could have raised and army and gone to war, but he came to show us a better way!

Peace be with you!

it truly is a staggering question. I see it lots in R&S. yet, oftentimes the advice people ask for is the failings they already recognize the respond to. Questions like: what am i able to do to be more beneficial Christlike? might want to get one in each and every of those reaction you seek for. Questions like: do not you recognize that God isn't genuine? is going to get one in each and every of those reaction you're used to seeing. also, the guise of the internet and the ability to conceal in the back of and avatar ends up in some particularly nasty lashings. Christians who're unwilling to seem at themselves first and do what the bible instructions of them, are via far the most hypocritical type ever. No ask your self we (Christians) have a nasty acceptance.

If more people went by the Bible and less by the war books the world would be a safer place. But we both know that will never happen.

I think focussing on Peace would be the best thing. Militant behaviour is probably against the teachings of most religions.

Your non sense questions are so prepared, and it's so obvious that you already know the answer, and it's obvious that you don't have doubts about what you are asking, you just want people to think like you do. You are not asking real questions, doesn't anybody see that this person is sick??? Hello!!!
OMFG U R SOOOOOOO SICK. If you want peace then don't you dare to send me another e-mail.
