Genesis 1:20 -And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly fowl [that] may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
This is the first heaven, the one we breathe.

Genesis 1:14 - And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs for seasons, for days, and years.
The second heaven is where the sun, moon, and stars are. Probably outer space.

2 Corinthians 12:2
A man in Christ fourteen years ago...was caught up to the third heaven.
The third heaven is where God lives, above and beyond our perceivable universe.

('First heaven' in Rev. is refering to the original heaven)
Another main verse is in 2 Peter when Peter refers to those who are going to deny that the heavenS were the work of the Lord.

I don't know the version from the bible, but I can tell you the islamic version. To my belief there are many heavens.More than 3.More than 7.In the quran it states"allah created the heavens, and out of them HE made 7 strong".The seven strong are adam, jesus, enoch, joseph, moses, aaron, and abraham(peace be upon them). And they go in that order for the great seven.(well, I think it was in that order.I know I have the first 3 correct and the seventh). So in an essence, adam was the first man and therefore the first heaven(to my belief you either represent a heaven or a hell). But abraham is supposed to be the father of the beIievers and he has the seventh because many come to him to learn. The father of the monotheiistic believers for the last 4000 years.I don't know what the heavens are.The only way I can explain to you what a heaven is, is to say it is a grace of allah. The second heaven is jesus.Where most of the christians are right now.So I can easily understand why they believe so much.Because it truly is heaven. But it is not the paradise of allah. That is what muslims wait for in the hereafter. For they too believe in the heavens. They too believe in jesus and the second heaven of the mighty seven. But it is not paradise and paradise is not earth. That is why most call it "fools paradise".The christian belief tells an entire different story of the heavens. But the fact of the matter is whether it is islamic or any other religion or belief system. The world has always believed in many heavens. They are in the upper millions.Probably in the upper billions.WHO KNOWS?Christianity is the only religion I have come accross that does not believe in multiple heavens. And when I say mulitple, I don't mean 3.

You are going to have to get into Greek and Hebrew to differentiate for this one. Just like the word translated love has 3 different root words.. You look them up in the Greek and Hebrew strongs.
1. find heaven where it is obviously talking about the air overhead where birds fly and look it up
2. Find heaven where it is talking about the stars and outer space and look it up
3. Find heaven where it is talking about where God is. and look it up..

I am not going to do your homework

No chapter and verse.
The sky above you, the first heaven.
Outer space, the second heaven.
The residence of God, the third heaven.
