**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

Yes, if it's "Real" Hoodia. For those who state, "don't waste your money..." You probably did, on a fake product, or you haven't even tried it. You see, 90% of what's being sold is garbage. Read the report (below).

Hoodia P57 and Hoodia-Pure (rated highest) are both brands that contain "Real" Hoodia.

If anyone saw Esther Rantzen and friend on BBC last night and their investigation (?) into hoodia would not touch it with a forty foot pole. It was nothing more than a scam making millions for the people involved using Jersey in the Channel Islands as a VAT and Tax fraud. It also appears that it can be dangerous for those under medication....................

No it really doesn't. Hoodia is a appetite suppressant. You still have to exercise and eat sensibly. I know people who have tried this and they all say that it doesn't work.

maybe, but the thing to bear in mind is this;Losing weight should not be your number one agenda,Many things can cause you to lose weight. Crystal Meth, Lead poisoning,chemo-theropy,Tape worms,A.I.D.S.,can all give you the 'Heroin Chic' look, but I do'nt think I'd recommend any of these,Healthy Weight loss should be the #1 Agenda here. more fiber,30 min. walk everyday, drink more water, lose the salt,25 sit-ups at dawn & bedtime.for 3 months..It works!!!
