Some Dogs do get morning sickness just as some people do..
If she was with a healthy male during estrus, chance are VERY good that she is pregnant.
dogs are not like people, in that they don't have to try for years to get pregnant...they come in 'heat', are bred, and if not too young or in ill health, they will get pregnant.

No connection...the yellow fluid sounds like bile. The best thing to do is get her to the vet. If she was bred 3 weeks ago she should have been there already for a checkup to verify and make sure she and the pups are doing well. Not related to the vomit...but you should have Ultraound or Xrays done to see how many pups she's got. Your vet should be able to give you lots of pointers for caring for her and her pups. I know this is after the fact, but dogs should be current on shots, healthy, and receive recommended certifications for health before being bred.

Dogs get sick whether pregnant or not. They can get sick as a result of a pregnancy but that is not a guidline to know if she is pregnant or not. If it has been three weeks then she should start showing soon. Dogs carry for 9 weeks so she is 1/3 finished with the pregnancy if she is. As long as she isn't too young, she isn't sick and your male is in good health then you should be expecting puppies in another six weeks. Start planning now! My advice is to feed her a good quality puppy food with either raw eggs included and/or evaporated milk for extra vitamins and protein. When a dog throws up yellow fluid, it is because the stomach is empty, nothing to do with pregnancy. In another week or so, if she is pregnant, she should start to get noticably heavier, and you should begin to see the nipples start to get larger. You can take her to the vet and have an ultrasound done.

the launch is a demonstration of a miscarriage. for instance, even as a lady is about to furnish, she will be able of oftentimes develop into less than pressure with a larger want to flow out and urinate. Pacing, panting, and digging on the nest are also clues the time is close to. another signal is a discharge from the vagina. this may oftentimes commence out sparkling, change to a light-weight eco-friendly and then to a depressing eco-friendly. She is probably sick to her stomach. All dogs occasionally throw up. At this point and time to be sure if she is pregnant you need to take her to the vet. If she is pregnant she will start showing soon. I breed mini dachshunds

Nope.
Handfull you have no idea, so why comment, it only confuses.
Chances are you need to worm her, if you have not done already do so now. Especially if she has pups on the way.
Get her onto a good quality puppy food formula.

Fantatsic, another moron who doesn't know what they're doing "breeding" their dog. Just what we need. Thanks for contributing to the already massive overpopulation of dogs in this country.
