I thought this was a common term. Guess I am mistaken. I mean new age churches like Lakewood Church that Joel Osteen preaches as.

it doesn't matter about the convenient Churches it matters where you feel most welcomed in like for example your friend might tell you that he thinks this church convenient and if you attend the church you might not fill welcome and your friend might so it depends on what kind of Churches do you find convenient and feel welcomed in

I was thinking about starting a church right down the street instead driving 10 mins. to church, but then i started thinking that i went to the church when i was a kid and i did not like it then and i probably would not like it now- I don't know if that is what you are talking about , but i think that alot of people go to churches because they are convenient.

I have never heard of them, but a church of convenience isn't going to do you any good on judgement day. You either live right or you don't. God Bless You.

They suck. It would be much better for Christians to have to drive three hours one way to get to church. That'd weed out the posers.
