Your body is very acidic. To address this, you need to start eating tremendous amounts of green leafy vegetables, even other green vegetables too,
also vegetables and a little bit of fruit.
If you can, you should consider obtaining an affordable juicer, so that the nutrients and alkaline elements in the vegetables get dispersed more easily in your body.
If that is not an option for you, then get a multi-source green powder supplement at your local health store. If you want to get it on the web, I can point you to the best or good sources.
Take the supplement 1 tablespoon in AM and one in early afternoon. This will replace caffiene. After this, you won't want caffiene.
Also consider the benefits of this:
http://pcrm.org, and check out their recommendations.
For the immediate, have sources of good oil from: organic olive oil (others are rancid), flax oil, fish oil and avacado. Have no other kinds of fat.

I used to do the same thing..it was my gallbladder. This may be the case especially if you have any pain in the upper right side of your abdomen. I would go to the doc and get my gallbladder checked out if I were you. And, don't let them only check for stones. I didn' t have any stones at all, but a function test showed mine just wasn't working properly.

1) You are getting older.
2) Don't eat anything high in saturated fat.
3) Your gall bladder may not be functioning as well as before. Eating sensibly may help prevent or postpone problems.
