All junk food..i don't eat this. I have a veggie meal of steamed rice, curry, fresh potato stew with onions and chillies. Yogurt of course in the end. I get good sleep this way.

Go for an Indian. Try a couple of poppadoms with mango chutney, then prawn bhuna with tandoori chicken ,and pilau rice and nan bread - brilliant.
