im getting my hair dyed tomorrow, but i dont kno what color i shud do. currently, my hair is dark golden blonde. i dont want skunk hair, (dark w/ hightlights) what would be some trendy colors?

I would say to dye it a dark burgundy, that is always my favorite... let us know what you choose.

Depends how bold you want to go. For example, this weekend, I'm dying my hair bright red with blonde highlights. I've had it done before, and it looked awesome! Of course, I love experimenting with stuff like that. The way I see it is, hair will grow back no matter what we do to it. I've seen some chicks with black hair and blue highlights. Again, depends how bold you want to go. If you're not into bright, exotic colours, perhaps you want to go more subtle, like a light brown with highlights or something. Whatever works for you! Instead of getting all over color get some high-lights 2 shades lighter than your own and a low light, warm and one shade darker. Get extra highlights around the face. Not stipe-y ones just natural skinny weaves.This will not look skunky and it will grow out nicer than all over color. It will be very pretty. If you just get the top done it shouldn't cost very much more than the all over color.

My college has a similar coverage. I Dyed my 2 chunky highlights that have been bleach blonde and that they stated it became into high-quality :] purely get a bleaching kit and take approximately an inch of hair and bleach it. yet if you consider that your hair is so dark you have gotten to try this extra advantageous than as quickly as. And get somebody that may assist you. Its lots extra handy :]

Albern is the color I like the most it is not to bright like so many light shades of blond and it dose not scream I am boring like some shades of brown!

dark brown with burghandy [almost brown] highlights and some caramel highlights too. my friend has them like that and it doesnt look skunky or fake. it looks nice but you should only dye your hair these colors if you're into the darker hair look. i love the look and everyone will too !!

I'm a huge fan of black hair with something like red highlights. I think it's beautiful. Of course, any dark hair is pretty....
