Scandalous women draw attention to themselves. You notice them because they are breaking your perceived roles of proper behavior, whatever those happen to be. Good women aren't doing anything shocking, so you don't notice them as much.

not sure where you are hanging out, but might want to move your little stool somewhere else...lol
there is good and negative in everyone
you might want to try and find those who emit more positive than negative energy
also, it seems that when we ourselves take responsibility for our own energy (be it positive or negative), we can work on changing if it it negative. you might want to see what kind of energy you are putting out to the universe. possitive usually attracts possitive and the other way around is also true
