I would have to say both, but more tea than coffee. My favorite kind of coffee is the Folger's with the aroma seal can. It's always fresh. But coffee I like away from home would have to be Tim Horton's. It's pretty good. And that's just half of the story- the tea, well, has many more varieties and flavours. My top 3 favorites (regardless of brand names) would have to be chamomile, mint, and apricot.

tea is good for people who have heart problems (i read it some where)
its really better than coffee
i like to drink tea with milk
and when i have upset tummy i drink black tea with a bit of lemon juice and fresh mint leaves
sometimes i add ginger and cardomom while boiling tea(its called masala tea)
