why would a man tell you that he loves you, but still date others occasionally even though he says they are just causual and meant nothing. how do you know he really loves you vs justing keep you around until someone better comes along.

He doesn't love you if he is still dating other people. That is his way of keeping a leash on you. You need to make sure he knows it's unacceptable and move on. You deserve better and are worth more than being treated as a stand by. Good luck. When a man does love you- you will not have to ask if it's love because you will know. He will treat you so good, you won't have to guess.

I dont think that way. When I say I love you I mean it. It'll even come with flowers and chocaltes.
