Evolution I think. Judging from the questions I have seen here.
I think one of the reasons is that people have made up their minds on homosexuality - either "let it be", or "crime against humanity". With evolution, there is always something new being discovered, that adds fuel to the mountain of evidence for evolution.
People, even answering this question, put the bible in your face on homosexuality. They cannot see that what was meant is that for two guys to have sex, their genes don't go into the future. Their traits die. So, the bible is attempting to say this is a self correcting evolution event. Did I twist that enough.
Let em be. Argue the Evolution - wake up the literal interpreters.

Charles Darwin,
I think that they take a lot of time in the debate arena. I think that Evolution edges out the Homosex, though.
Homosex is a condition giving a Christian evidence of sin. It is not necessarily and ideology. One can be Homosexual and still be a Christian.
Evolution is much the same. A Christian can believe that God used Evolution to create things.
It's, as far as I'm concerned, within those two groups that THEY decide whether they aren't or are. A turly knowledgable Homosexual or Evolutionist may know that salvation is no less theirs, all they have to do is accept it.

Whether your question means
a) the issues of argument are evolution or the homosexual practices of religious people
b) that agruments with religious people are about evolution or homosexuality
[sorry, that's my sentence structure obsessive-compulsive disorder kicking in]
I'd think both evolution and homosexuality would be roughly equal. The reason I say this is because depending upon which topic is in the news more, then the arguments on those topics tend to increase. Both go through cycles of more and less frequency.
But both are very strong perennial topics for arguments with religious people.

I am not very religious, but I would seem to think homosexuality, in regarding with dating and marriage? After all, gay marriageis one of the top ten civil issues discussed in the USA.
I would also like to ask why so many atheists and other types of believers, or non-believers, attack Christians so fervently! I do not get it. Some say that the Christians attack them, but honestly, whenever I get on Answers, I see much more Christian haters than atheist haters and whatnot. I am highly insulted by the person below me who said that Christians are not educated or intelligent enough. What does religion have to do with intelligence (maybe education, but still)? I would say you are the one who is uneducated, by being so close-minded. This is coming from a Christian who is 14 years old and due to the SAT, and some other national and international tests, is proven to be 99.25% smarter than the rest of rising 9th and 10th graders in the country, and 85% more knowledgeable than graduating seniors.

But look a few verses before, where Paul says that homosexuality grows out of seeing the grandeur of God's creation and not giving thanks.
I think it's just about 50-50, especially when it comes to what they are teaching in our schools. Basically both are about parental rights in this instance.

Evolution.
The homosexuality argument is about right and wrong, which are abstract and relative values. There's a more-or-less concensus that the world will never really agree on this.
Evolution versus creationism is a matter of truth and untruth, which are absolutes. There is a definite answer out there.

I think they argue about evolution and homosexuality the most. Oh, and if their god is real. Those are the major things that I see them fight about.

I would imagine disproving or arguing against evolution would be more important to Christians in my opinion. If evolution is true, the story of the creation of man is not.
