Isn't a knee-jerk reaction to say something when people sneeze... God bless you is a common one. What do you usually say and what is commonly said by the people you know? Any comment you wish to add is certainly welcome.

Nothing - I don't feel the need to recognize their sneeze - nor do I feel it's necessary to bless them from evil spirits since evil spirits don't cause sneezes.

In fact, why don't people acknowledge farts? What should they say in that case, Damn you? I don't know.

Most people say something like God bless you or geshundeit. But if it's a really wet, yucky sneeze, you might ask the person if he/she needs a spatula.

It depends on you.
If you said excuse me or sorry . I would say, God bless you
If you didn't say any thing. I wouldn't say any.

This is hilarious, I can remember my great grandmother saying when I was little, "scat tom, your tails in the gravy", after someone sneezed. I have no clue what she meant, but thanks for bringing back a long lost memory.
I simply respond, "bless you".
