We all have a mission to accomplish on earth, and that mission is to live our lives with dignity honesty and compassion for others, to enjoy the life we have been given by the creator, to grow and become knowledgeable in all things he has created, to be happy in what we do, to raise our families in a secure and safe environment, to teach and educate our children, and above all respect for humanity.

Of course I have a mission to accomplish, what other reason is there for being?

As for my mission. . . I am called to help others, mine is a mission of service. The work that I have been blessed to do is to help others with their mission.

I work for a convent in Milwaukee. My service to them ensures that they will be able to help far more people than I ever could alone.

Actually that is a very interesting question to me at this time.

I try to serve my husband - but as I hardly see him - I am kind of confused on this.

I am used to working very hard and long hours - more than 40 hours a week. After I became ill it was no longer possible and now I am kind of at a loss of what my task here on earth is.

I meditate a lot - and I think I find very interesting things out - mainly on the society I live in - but somehow it feels unnatural because of the pace I used to work.

Yes I do, because all Christians have a mission to accomplish on this earth.

I don't know for sure what it is, because God unfolds His plan a little at a time. But answering questions in this forum is part of it.

I'm not sure what the whole mission is, but my next assignment is to do teacher's aide work in Mexico in January as part of my training to be a teacher. God told me so yesterday.

Is the question "do i feel something greater has given me a purpose for my life?" or is it "What do i think would be most important for me to accomplish?"

If it's the first one, then no... Second one would be to educate people and help the misguided ones back to reality.

Yes, definitely. I don't know exactly what it is, I guess the time will tell (I'm 23 now). I only know that it's somehow related to helping others. This hunch I've felt for a long time.
